Adonis
General Manager & Head Barber
At 17, Adonis realized he wanted to succeed in the grooming industry after starting to work at his father’s salon in Athens. He then moved to London to pursue his diploma at Vidal Sassoon Academy where he discovered his true passion – barbering.
After 4 successful years at Murdock London, Adonis took on a new challenge in Singapore to join Jermyn Street. What he loves most about barbering are the relationships and friendships that he builds with clients. You can find Adonis relaxing on the beach with nice iced coffee in his downtime.
Frances
Master Barber
Since childhood, Frances has always been interested in hairdressing. Her first foray into the industry was as a corporate trainer in hair products but her colleague, a well-respected barber, influenced her to take up cutting. It wasn’t long before Frances made the jump from hairdressing to barbering and she’s never looked back since.
Frances believes the barbershop chair differs from the salon chair – ‘There is a lot more attention to detail required for cutting men’s hair. This is something I certainly enjoy.’
Dienes
Master Barber
Dienes got into barbering because it was in his genes. Coming from three generations of barbers who are deeply passionate about it, it’s no wonder that he followed in his father and grandfather’s footsteps.
He says “Barbering is an Art. It has no limit. Every day I learn new things”.
Anuar
Barber
Anuar has always had an affinity for all things “hair” since high school. Barbering was something that he had always wanted to do. It’s little surprise that he went straight into the world of barbering after leaving school.
Anuar began his hair journey in Malaysia and then moved to Singapore to expand his horizons and seek new adventures. With 6 years of experience under his belt, his passion shines through with each cut that he does.
Razif
Senior Barber
Intrigued by the craft, Razif left the oil industry to pursue a career in barbering. And, after taking a course at the infamous Schorem in The Netherlands he has worked in a number of different barbershops seeking to improve his repertoire and skills for nearly a decade. He has finally found his spiritual home at Jermyn Street.
During his time off, you’ll find Razif with his wife and young daughter and they will likely be by the beach sipping a glass of iced tea!
Suzanah
Front of the House
Suzanah comes from a strong customer background and just loves interacting with people from different walks of life. She says that learning to make the prefect Latte and Cappuccino during her initial barista training when she joined Jermyn Street has been her biggest challenge to date. She has subsequently fitted seamlessly into the team and become a key part of the Jermyn Street family.
In her spare time Suzanah loves shopping and planning her next vacation!
