She says that learning to make the perfect Latte and Cappuccino during her initial barista training when she joined the team has been her biggest challenge to date! Now, she is complimented on the quality of her coffees! Suzannah has subsequently fitted seamlessly into the team and is always busy doing something to help either clients or fellow team members.
In her spare time, Suzannah loves shopping and planning her next vacation with equal fervour!
Friendly, warm, and naturally caring, Suzannah is often the first smile that welcomes you into Jermyn Street.
Since joining the team in 2022, she has played an important role in creating a comfortable and enjoyable experience for every client who walks through the door. For Suzannah, it’s not just about managing appointments, it’s about making people feel at ease, remembered, and valued.
One of the most meaningful parts of her role is the conversations she shares with clients. She believes that every interaction matters, and she genuinely enjoys getting to know the gentlemen who visit the shop. To her, each client brings a different story, and those small exchanges are what make each day memorable.
Outside of work, Suzannah loves shopping, travelling, and exploring new places. She’s a big fan of Japanese cuisine and also enjoys pasta and pizza, always appreciating good food and good company. These simple joys reflect her fun and lively personality.
Her favourite haircut to see in the chair is the gradual fade, a clean, polished look that feels modern yet effortless.
With her approachable nature and positive energy, Suzannah helps ensure that every visit to Jermyn Street feels welcoming from the moment you arrive.
