With 8 years of experience in the barbering industry, Anuar joined Jermyn Street in 2021. Inspired by his own experiences with haircuts growing up, he developed a passion for helping clients look sharp and feel more confident.
personal experience
Anuar’s journey into barbering began from a personal experience. Growing up, he often received haircuts that didn’t quite feel right, and it made him realise just how much a haircut can affect a person’s confidence. That experience sparked his curiosity about the craft and motivated him to learn barbering so he could help others leave the chair feeling better than when they arrived.
With 8 years of experience in the industry, Anuar joined Jermyn Street in 2021. What he enjoys most about the profession is the opportunity to meet new people and build genuine connections with clients, while helping them feel more confident through a well-executed haircut.
Beliefs & Methodology
His favourite style to work on is the classic scissor cut, where precision, control, and attention to detail come together to create a timeless and natural look. For Anuar, a great haircut is not just about appearance, it’s about how it makes a person feel when they walk out the door.
Outside the barbershop, Anuar enjoys running and working out at the gym. Staying active helps him maintain focus, discipline, and energy, qualities he brings into his work behind the chair every day.
