• No payment is required to book online, however you will be required to show proof of your digital gift card at the counter when you arrive at Jermyn Street to validate your complimentary haircut.
• The voucher is only applicable to a one-time Signature Haircut by a Barber (excluding
  Head Barber and the Master Barber), which has a value of $70. If you are adding on
  additional services or want to upgrade to a Head Barber or Master Barber, the difference must
  be paid using an accepted payment method.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Please use the same email address that was used to receive your gift card to book an
  appointment.
• Cancellation policy: At least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations.
• Each client receives two complimentary passes for a late cancellation or missed appointment.
  After that, we’ll require credit card details for future bookings, and a 50% late cancellation fee
  (within 24 hours) or 100% no-show fee will apply.
