For Lee, barbering has always been about more than hair, it is about connection.
His interest in the craft stems from the ability to help people look sharp and feel confident. To him, barbering is a soul-to-soul interaction, a space where relationships are built, trust is formed, and each client is understood beyond the surface.
The spark began in his younger days, spending time at his uncle’s barbershop in his hometown. He watched men walk in looking ordinary and leave transformed, sharper, more confident, carrying themselves differently. That visible shift in energy left a lasting impression on him. He realised that a great haircut doesn’t just change appearance, it can change mindset.
With over 16 years of experience in the industry, Lee has developed a strong foundation in both classic barbering techniques and modern detailing. He joined Jermyn Street on August 2025, bringing with him years of hands-on craft and people-centred experience.
Beliefs & Methodology
Lee believes grooming should fit a client’s lifestyle rather than chase trends. His approach is simple: listen first, understand the client’s needs, offer honest advice, and create a look that is practical, flattering, and easy to maintain, delivered with precision.
His favourite styles are clean, classic scissor cuts finished with modern detailing, looks that are tailored to suit each client’s face shape, lifestyle, and personality.
Outside the shop, Lee enjoys fishing and caring for small plants. These quiet hobbies allow him to slow down, practice patience, and appreciate attention to detail, qualities he carries into every haircut.
